Introduction

Hi, I’m Jakub Pelczar.

I build the frontend other teams build on: design systems and app architecture in React and Angular. I’m a Staff Software Engineer with 10+ years on the web, and I own the whole arc, from the first design review to what happens after launch. I also care about the parts most engineers treat as somebody else’s job: the token that’s one shade off, the transition that’s one frame too slow, the detail nobody asked for but everybody notices.
